NOT receiving SMS (OTP) on your phone? What to do.

In some countries, mobile providers have problems delivering messages from other countries. If you are experiencing problems with no text messages, please follow these steps:

 

If you don’t receive SMS, when you are trying to sign up:

• Please, try to sign up with your email, instead

 

If you don’t receive SMS, when you are trying to log in or linking your phone number with your LATOKEN account:

• Open a LATOKEN Support 🤝, our team will disable your SMS verification

 

If you don’t receive SMS, when you are trying to withdraw:

• Go to your profile SETTINGS
• Open Security page

• Enable “Withdrawal Google Auth”

You will then be able to use Google Authenticator to confirm the withdrawal transaction.
