if you use Google Authenticator app, please try the following:
- Ensure you have an updated Authenticator App (Latest app version)
- open your Authenticator app
- Please ensure you are connected to the Internet, and the time on your device is synchronised with the global time as it will sync automatically
- Ensure you enter the code relating to the right account.
- Ensure you enter the code before it expires.
