How to pass KYC Tier 2 Verification?

This section walks you through the procedure on how to complete your KYC tier 2 verification on the LATOKEN platform, for both new users and existing users.

STEP 1: Please go to www.latoken.com and press SIGN UP  in the top right corner, if you’re an old user, you’d be automatically logged in.

STEP 2 is for NEW USERS.

For EXISTING USERS please skip to STEP 3

STEP 2: Once you see the below screen:

- Enter your email address or Sign Up with Google by pressing the Google icon

- Click Continue

- Set a password (at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit, and one special character)

- Click the Sign-up button

-  If you were referred by a friend, click “I have a referral code from my friend” and input the referral code.

- A 6 Six digit code will be sent to your email address, enter the code to confirm your email address

STEP 3: Once you are logged in, click Profile in the upper right corner and click on  Security

STEP 4:

Click Apply for Tier 2 now on the next screen that appears as shown below

STEP 5:

1. Enter First Name

2. Enter Middle Name

3. Enter Last Name

4. Select your Nationality

5. Select your Gender

6. Enter your Date of Birth

STEP 6: 

1. Select Country 

2. Enter City

3. Enter Postal Code

4. Enter Region/Province/State (eg greater London)

5. Enter the remaining address

6. Click when it is different from the actual residence address, then enter the permanent address

STEP 7: 

Upload ID (Government-issued ID showing name, date of birth, country of issue, ID number, issue date, validity period, etc.) 

1. Click to select the scanned ID document

2. Select the ID document type 

3. Enter the ID number (passport, driver's license, other identification cards)

4. Input the issue date

5. Input the expiration date

6. Click Apply

Congrats you have successfully applied for KYC Tier 2 verification. 

KYC verification will be done as per Queue. In case of higher KYC verification requests, it might take some time for us to verify it.
