Why was my KYC rejected?

If your KYC has been rejected, it means the submitted information was incomplete or did not meet the verification requirements.

Please make sure to upload one photo that includes all three required elements:

1. Your selfie (unedited, with your full face clearly visible)

2. Your valid ID document

3. A handwritten note with the word "LATOKEN" and today’s date

Selfie requirements:

1. Do not use any edited or filtered photos

2. Your entire face must be clearly visible

3. You must be holding a piece of paper with the handwritten words "LATOKEN" and the date of your application

Accepted ID documents:

You may use one of the following:

• Passport

• Driver’s license

• Government-issued ID card

Important notes:

• Do not submit edited or cropped documents

• Upload a clear photo of your ID in the designated upload field

• All four corners of the document must be visible in the photo
