How to reset your password?

This section walks you through the procedure on how to Reset the password for your existing LATOKEN account in case you have forgotten the password. 

STEP 1: Please go to www.latoken.com and press login on the top right corner.

STEP 2 :

Once you see the below screen:

Press ① “Forgot your password?”

STEP 3: 

① Enter your Email ID
②Press Get Code button
③ Check the Code in the e-mail, and enter the 6-digit code number

④Enter your new password make sure you follow the conditions (8 +characters, a number, uppercase and lowercase letter)

⑤Enter the new password again to confirm ( once you follow the conditions to set a new password, and when both the passwords entered match, “Restore password” will enable.)

⑥ Press “Restore password” button.

You will see “Password successfully changed” on right hand top corner.

You have successfully changed the password and now can login and trade.
