Deleting an account

We are sad to hear that you have decided to part ways with our Services. In case you change your mind, we will be right here for you.

On that note, If you would like to delete your account, you should follow these steps:

1) Make sure no funds you desire to keep are left in your wallet

2) You then need to log in to the account via our website latoken.com, then move to your 'profile', where you will see 'Security' choose that and you should see the 'Delete' option

3) If you are an IOS user, we have a feature on the IOS app to help you delete your account. Please follow the following steps to delete your account.

1. Kindly click on the profile icon on your homepage.

2. Click on Security icon

3. You will find the delete account Icon there.

4. If you do not see the feature there, then you will need to update your app first and then do the steps stated above again.

You can always contact Support team as well for account deletion if the above doesn't work

Once your account is deleted, the funds cannot be recovered, so be careful!
