How do I cancel my withdrawal?

If you want to cancel your withdrawal transaction:

Follow these steps to cancel your withdrawal. 

• Check the status of the transaction 
• If a transaction has a status “Pending” or “Checking” Kindly check your withdrawal page dashboard and locate the cancel button to cancel it yourself. If you cannot cancel by yourself please get in touch with our support and provide them with the transaction ID and your email or phone number linked to your LATOKEN account

• If a transaction has a status “Confirmed”, this means that the funds have gone out of our system and are in the blockchain, due to the irreversibility of crypto transactions we have no way of cancelling this transaction
• Please follow up with the transaction status on the blockchain
