This article is for digital currency transactions with MEMO sent to your LATOKEN wallet.
If you have made a deposit to your LATOKEN account but forgot to enter MEMO(Destination tag), please contact our support team and create a ticket
We will need the following for our investigation:
- A screenshot of your LATOKEN deposit page for that coin.
- Your LATOKEN deposit address in a written text format.
- Your LATOKEN MEMO in a written text format
- A video screen recording showing the transaction history which contains the address it was sent to, the date it was sent and also the txhash of where the deposit was made from.
Note:
Unfortunately, due to technical and blockchain fees we pay to retrieve such transactions, not all transactions can be recovered. Each individual case requires investigation by our technical team.
