When making a transaction on the LATOKEN platform, you will be able to track its progress by referring to one of the possible statuses. This article aims to help you understand what each of them means and what actions you need to take.
The transaction waits until you confirm it with the code from your email. Open the transaction details, tap ‘Verify with code’, then ‘Resend’, find the email with the code in your mailbox and confirm the transaction. If there's no email, look for it in the Spam folder. If the email is nowhere to be found, cancel the transaction and try again from another browser, or contact our support.
The transaction is being processed by our system. Please give it 15-20 minutes (up to 1 hour for BTC and BTC-like tokens) and contact our support if it takes longer.
Security check. It hits transactions that our security system finds unusual or suspicious. Such transactions need to be checked manually, and sometimes it takes up to 12 hours to review all the details. Please understand that this process is necessary for the security of your money. Contact our support if you have any questions.
Our system rejected the transaction. Most often this happens if you have entered the wrong destination address. Check it again: Make sure there is no space before or after and you are sending it to the correct blockchain. If you are sure that everything is okay, send the transaction again. If the system rejects it again, contact our support.
You cancelled the transaction, and the transaction was successfully cancelled by your request.
It's okay, the transaction has been executed. You can find the TxHash to track it on the blockchain (example) under transaction details.
