I Sent Less Than the Minimum Deposit — Can I Get It Back?

⚠️ This article refers to cryptocurrency deposits made to your LATOKEN wallet

 

Unfortunately, if you send a deposit that is below the minimum required amount for a specific coin, those funds cannot be returned or credited.

Why?

• The blockchain does not process transactions below the minimum threshold in a way that reaches our system

• These funds do not arrive to LATOKEN, so we have no access to recover or credit them

• Sending extra coins afterward to the same address will be treated as a separate transaction and also will not be credited

🔍 How to Avoid This:

1. Always check the minimum deposit amount for each coin

2. Make sure you are using the correct blockchain/network

3. The minimum deposit is displayed on the deposit page, next to the QR code, and is also listed in our Terms of Use.

❌ Funds sent below the minimum amount are considered unrecoverable
