Appeals

• If something goes wrong with the deal, both sides can open an Appeal after Payment window expired
• Each Appeal will be judged by P2P manager, or in case if appealer close it earlier
• If you are opening the Appeal, choose the reason and description
• MANDATORY FOR ANY APPEAL - add a proof for your appeal. If you are buying crypto and sent payment - add the screenshot of your payment transaction. If you are selling crypto - add a screenshot that proves you didn’t receive the fiat.
