If you encounter issues with loading the platform, please check the following:
- If you are using a VPN, try to disable it as it can slow down your connection.
- Try to clear browser cache (guide for mobile)
- Try using another browser or Incognito mode
- Try to disconnect and reconnect to your internet network (we recommend a stable connection)
If after ~1h the page still does not load, please perform a speedtest on https://www.speedtest.net/ then submit a request to our support team with the following information:
- Screenshot of the speed test
- Information about your device
- Information about your internet connection (wifi, 3g/4g, etc)
- Information about the web browser(s) you have tried to use
- Your IP address to connect to the platform
If you encounter issues with the APP:
Please log out and log back into your account. Also, clear cache and make sure that your app is updated to the latest version. You can download (or update) to the latest version in google play store or APP store.
