If after ~1h the page still does not load, please perform a speedtest on https://www.speedtest.net/ then submit a request to our support team with the following information:
- Screenshot of the speed test
- Information about your device
- Information about your internet connection (wifi, 3g/4g, etc)
- Information about the web browser(s) you have tried to use
- Your IP address to connect to the platform
