How to cancel an order

This section explains you how to cancel an active order placed in our platform.

 

There are two ways to cancel an active order in our platform which you can use accordingly whichever is convenient to you.

Cancelling from the Trading section:

You can cancel the order directly from trading section of the particular token by following the steps below.

In the below example, it shows that a buy order for 0.001 BTC at 45000 USDT has been placed. The order gets cancelled when we press the CROSS BUTTON as indicated below.

You will get a message at right top corner saying “Order has been cancelled” which is an indication that the active order has been cancelled.

 

Cancelling the Active order from Order tab in Wallet:

 

The other method to cancel the order is on Orders tab under the wallet section. To cancel the order using this method please follow the below steps.

 

• Please navigate to the Spot section by pressing “My assets” and next “Spot” 
• Choose the “Orders” tab
• Once you enter the “Orders” tab you can see all your active orders and you can press Cancel against the active order that you want to cancel
