Restricted Country Jurisdictions on LATOKEN

LATOKEN does not accept investors (including residents, citizens, or individuals acting through an agent or representative) from the following jurisdictions:

• USA
  
• Canada
• Afghanistan
• Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)

If you are not a resident or citizen of a restricted country but are travelling to one of these jurisdictions, you must acknowledge the following:

1. Service Restriction: You shall not use LATOKEN services while in any of the restricted countries.
2. Service Availability: LATOKEN services may be unavailable or blocked in these locations.
