My KYC has been rejected - WHY?

If your KYC has been rejected by our system, it means it lacks some required information.

Please note that only a photo containing all the required elements will be accepted:
1. Your selfie photo
2. Your ID
3. A piece of paper with the handwritten words "LATOKEN" and today's date.

- Edited selfie photos are not acceptable.

- Ensure that no part of your face is covered in the selfie photo.

- As in the picture below, you must hold in your hand, a piece of paper with the handwritten words "LATOKEN" and the date of your application.

 

Your ID

Only any of these documents are acceptable for KYC verification:
- Government-issued ID
- Passport
- Driver's license, another identification card.

 

Note:
- Edited documents are not acceptable
- Take a photo of your document and upload it via the space provided for it

- All four corners of the document must be visible.
