I sent funds less than minimum amount. How do I get them back?

Unfortunately, if you make a transaction less than the minimum amount for a given coin, that transaction cannot be returned. This is because the amount below the minimum does not cover the blockchain gas fee and the transaction does not even reach us. We do not take back these funds. Please do not send extra coins to the same address, these transactions are counted as separate ones and will not be credited

 

Always make sure to check the minimum deposit as well as the right blockchain before any transfers. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do regarding this. The deposited funds that are below the minimum - are considered unrecoverable.
