IEO score

Every user on LATOKEN exchange launchpad can see that the IEOs have different scores from 0 to 5. These are "Verification points" that the project receives for the required documents submission prior the IEO preparation.

Each of these verification points goes for team, advisors, fundraising rounds, partnerships and token issuer.

This is the procedure that projects need to follow to get verified:

1. Token Issuer
You should provide official documents in relation to the incorporation of your legal entity: e.g.
Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Shareholders, Memorandum, and Articles of
Associations.

2. Founders and Team Members
All the founders should have LinkedIn page where among other points on experience and
education will be mentioned that person has a position in the Company. Also, Founders have to
hold a video-call conversation with the account manager, or preferably, record 30-40 sec video
with short intro: “Full Name, position in the Company and then send ID. All the points of bio
that you want to be noted on Landing Page have to be confirmed by official docs or LinkedIn
profiles.
For Team Members, LinkedIn page is not obligatory. Your team can hold a video-call
conversation with the account manager. If it is impossible to have a call, team can just record
30-40 sec video with short intro: “Full Name, position in the Company”. Also, please provide IDs
of your team members to the account manager.

3. Advisors
It will be enough if Advisory board members just mention advisory status at your Company on
their LinkedIn page. In case advisor cannot do this, it would be fine if they contact the account
manager at LinkedIn and confirm their involvement in your project project as an advisor.

4. Fundraising rounds
If there were pre-seed rounds and some capital was already raised, to verify it on Landing Page,
we need official documents confirming the mentioned investments: signed agreements,
confirmation from VC fund, etc. If capital was raised in fiat money, we need a bank statement. If
it was in crypto, please provide data on ETH transactions.

5. Partnerships
All the partnerships you want to be mentioned on Landing Page have to be confirmed by the
agreements signed by both sides: your Company and the partner company/fund. It would be
also appropriate if partner publishes official press release with announcement of establishing
partnership with project and place your Company’s logo on their website. Additionally, the
account manager can make a direct request to partner to confirm connections with your
Company if agreements and press releases can not be provided because of any reasons.

If the project can verify all of these aspects, it receives 5/5.

In case there were no fundrasing rounds or partnerhsips, the project will receive "None" instead of "Not verified" and it won't be count as point. This IEO scoring system is taken to reflect trustworthy and reliable projects for the investors.
