As the Internet infrastructure grows in complexity, so do hackers in the sophistication of their methods. A standard login-password pair, therefore, may be not enough to keep your funds in safety. If a hacker gets access to your e-mail, your deposits might be in danger.
To prevent this from happening, we recommend you to enable two-factor authentication (also known as 2fa). It requires physical access to your device to log in, thus significantly increasing the degree of security.
Important notice: 2FA is required for any transaction, otherwise you will not be able to proceed with your transactions.
You can do it as follows:
1. Open your Account settings then tap on "Security"
2. Follow the instruction proposed in the following scren. Please notice: codes change every 15 seconds, so you should be fast :)
Also keep in mind that you should have the time on your device synchronized via Internet: without it the technology won't work at all.
- To disable 2fa you should simply toggle off the option..
